Notice of Public Meeting: US60/US65 PEL Study: Access & Operations Analysis

The Ozarks Transportation Organization (OTO) is hosting a public meeting on Thursday, May 28, 2026 to provide the opportunity for local residents, business owners and citizens to learn about the US60 / US65 PEL planning study and provide feedback to the project team. The meeting will take place at the following time and location:

The meeting will begin with a formal presentation at 5:30 PM to share information about the study goals, process, and timeline. Following the formal presentation, attendees will be invited to view exhibits, provide input, and ask questions regarding the study.
The US60 / US65 PEL Study is a regional transportation access & operations planning study in southeast Greene County along US65 from Evans Rd to Battlefield Rd and US60 from Glenstone Ave to MO 125. The OTO has partnered with several agencies, including MoDOT, Greene County, the City of Springfield, City Utilities, and the Federal Highway Administration to fund this study.
