This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by this website, except where stated otherwise.

For the purposes of this Policy, Personal Information is information that can be used to directly or indirectly to identify a living individual. Personal Information may include, but is not limited to, sensitive categories of information, herein referred to as Sensitive Personal Information, such as information that reveals racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union membership, health, sexual or gender orientation.

This Policy is designed to protect Personal Information under applicable law as it exists. This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Site and other OTO-managed websites or pages that link to this Policy. This Privacy Policy shall also be deemed part of the Ozarks Transportation Organization Site Terms of Use.

This Privacy Policy describes the types of Personal Information that Ozarks Transportation Organization collects in connection with this Site. OTO takes commercially reasonable steps to maintain the confidentiality and security of Personal Information and requires service providers to use Personal Information only for the purposes for which it was provided.

Ozarks Transportation Organization will retain your Personal Information only for so long as it is helpful to support the overall purpose for which we collected the information.

OTO may use third-party service providers, including Google Analytics, to help understand how visitors use the Site and to improve website performance, accessibility, and public access to information. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to collect information such as pages visited, browser and device information, approximate location, referral source, date and time of visit, and general use patterns.
