Health insurance is provided at no cost to the employee. Spouse and dependent coverage is available at a cost upon election.
Nine paid scheduled holidays are offered annually. These include: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Washington's Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Four paid, floating holidays are offered annually.
Two weeks vacation is offered annually after one full year of service; one week after six months. Three weeks vacation is offered after three full years of service, and four weeks vacation after nine full years of service.
12 days sick leave are available annually.
OTO participates in LAGERS, a defined benefit plan.
OTO offers tuition reimbursement.
OTO pays for training and associated travel when it is pertinent to the mission and budget permitting.
OTO pays for professional memberships that are important to stay informed and up to date on issues that affect the organization.
