Next Stop 2050 – Draft Long Range Transportation Plan
The Ozarks Transportation Organization (OTO) invites the public to review and comment on the draft Next Stop 2050 Long Range Transportation Plan. The plan establishes the region's transportation priorities through 2050, including goals, strategies, anticipated funding, and planned transportation investments.
Public Comment Period: October 20 – November 18, 2026
The draft plan identifies transportation needs throughout the region and outlines proposed investments in roadways, transit, bicycle and pedestrian facilities, and other transportation improvements. Interactive project maps are available to help the public explore proposed projects and investment priorities.

The public is encouraged to review the draft plan and provide comments on its recommendations, proposed projects, and transportation priorities.

Additional Public Engagement Opportunities
OTO will offer opportunities throughout the public comment period to meet with staff, ask questions, and discuss the proposed plan at locations throughout the region. Dates and locations will be posted here as they become available.
The draft plan will be presented to OTO's Technical Planning Committee on October 21, 2026, and is scheduled for consideration by the OTO Board of Directors on November 19, 2026.
