Press Release

TIP Amendment 5 Packet

Forty-five changes are proposed for Amendment Number 5 to the FY 2020-2023 Transportation Improvement Program and can be found in the attached packet.

MoDOT and OTO member jurisdictions have submitted numerous changes to the FY 2020-2023 Transportation Improvement Program. The TIP contains projects and their costs planned over the next four years and is traditionally updated on an annual basis. Due to current uncertainties, OTO is updating multiple projects in the TIP rather than revise the entire document for the next four years. A complete revision will be prepared for the next cycle.

The changes included in this amendment address project schedule and cost modifications as needed by MoDOT in order to effectively deliver their transportation program, as well as project revisions and additions requested by local jurisdictions to reflect their upcoming project priorities.
