Title VI/ADA Program

The public is invited to comment on the Ozarks Transportation Organization’s updated Title VI/ADA Program. This program includes an analysis of the OTO region and policies designed to ensure non-discrimination in all aspects of OTO’s planning activities. The program also includes policies intended to make the OTO’s planning activities and products accessible to all individuals.

The public comment period will continue until end of business day May 19, 2021. After reviewing recommendations and public comments, the OTO Board of Directors will decide whether to formally adopt the Title VI/ADA Program at its regularly scheduled meeting on May 20, 2021, at noon.
