OTO Recommends Performance Targets
Federal transportation law requires OTO to set performance targets. This year, four types of performance targets will be set: safety, system condition, system performance, and transit safety. OTO has elected to support the targets as set by the Missouri Department of Transportation for Safety, System Condition, and System Performance, as well as the targets set by City Utilities for Transit Safety.
