The Ozarks Transportation Organization (OTO) announces a public comment period for the FY 2026 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) Amendment 1. The UPWP is a listing of work to be undertaken by the OTO for the 2026 fiscal year which runs from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026. The OTO is amending the UPWP to add a grant awarded to Christian County for Traffic Engineering Assistance Program (TEAP) funds in the amount $15,000 for a County Wide Sign Inventory project.

- The public comment period will end on Wednesday March 25, 2026, at 5 p.m. The OTO Board of Directors will review and consider approving the UPWP amendment at their March 26, 2026, Board Meeting, held at 12:00 noon. After reviewing recommendations and entertaining public comment, the OTO Board of Directors will decide whether to formally adopt FY 2026 Unified Planning Work Program Amendment 1.
